Illegal Aliens - The Purple Card Solution

There are an estimated 10 million illegal aliens/immigrants in our country.  And we need a solution that works for us first and then them.  The Purple Card allows a perspective immigrant to live and work conditionally in our nation on a non-permanent basis, with limited rights and obligations for a minimum of 5 years before he or she qualifies to apply for a Green Card.  To protect us, (1) the Purple Card creates a senario that allows for their documentation with a national data base linked to law enforcement agencies, hospitals and school systems accross the country;  (2) it creates a maximum wage that protects our work force, enhances our ability to produce goods and services, and funds the implementation, administration and oversight of the guest worker; (3) it allows them to work with limited access to services and the legal system, without creatng the opportunity to circumvent the process by unionization, marriage or naturalization by birth within our borders; and (4) it reduces the incentive to enter our country illegally.  The Purple Card is the precursor to the Green Card - it's the best viable solution to the existing animosity and the unproductive time and effort wasted to control the problem.  Think about the Purple Card.  Ask about the Purple.  Request the implementation of the Purple Card.
